Key Responsibilities
As an HSW, you will deliver care directly to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene.
- Helping clients with dressing, transferring, and repositioning.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
- Providing light housekeeping and managing bowel/bladder care.
- Offering companionship and social support.
