As an Area Manager at Papa John’s Pizza, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple stores within a designated area. This includes managing Store Managers, driving profitability, ensuring safety and compliance, and fostering a team culture rooted in fun and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Store Managers.
- Ensuring all stores operate safely and within legal requirements.
- Driving profitability by overseeing schedules, cost management, and growth opportunities.
- Building a strong, values-driven team culture across all locations.
- Managing recruitment, performance, and general HR functions.
Skills Required:
- Leadership experience and team engagement.
- Effective prioritization and time management.
- Recruitment and HR management capabilities.

- Proficiency in using POS systems, Excel, Word, and other internal systems.
Experience Needed:
- At least 2 years of management experience (multi-unit leadership preferred).

- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and retail sector.
- Valid UK driving license (extensive travel required).
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as per business needs.
